Built on a hill right behind Honmokusancho park, this beautiful new log-cabin-style house sits near the top of the hill, and is only a 300-meter walk from the park. 

Layout of the interior consists of an integrated kitchen separate from the spacious living/dining room. The kitchen comes with the latest in technology and safety featuring an induction cooktop.

The staircase to the second floor has beautiful wood railing that complements the interior throughout the home, and is one of the first features that catches your eye as you enter the home from the front entrance.

Below the staircase is a small storage area that helps you take advantage of the empty space. The lumber used throughout the home is treated without any paint so that the natural tones and grain of wood is fully expressed on the floors, walls, and ceilings.

For added security and convenience, the doors use dimple keys and a video intercom system is connected to the front entrance.

In Japanese terminology, this house has a 3LDK layout with 101.89 m² of floor space. Rent for this house is ¥250,000 a month. No key money is required, but the partially refundable deposit equals two-months' rent. Of course, the agency fee equals one-month's rent, and an additional one-month's fee is required if you have a small dog or a cat.
