The Lion's Mansion Yokohama West apartment, unit No. 306, is a furnished, corner unit with two windows that afford good airflow and lots of natural lighting. 

The apartment is available for short-term leases ranging from one night to as long as a year.

Cost examples:

• 30-day stay: 115,800 yen
• 90-day stay: 318,600 yen
• 180-day stay: 615,600 yen, and so on.

The above examples include the daily rate, CAM fee (400 yen per day), cleaning fee, and utilities.) In addition to the examples given above, additional fees that are required include liability insurance, and a rental fee for fresh linen.
