A pull-down curtain helps to add a little bit of privacy should someone arrive at the door.

There is a mailbox on the first floor for standard mailings. The mailbox here on the inside of the door is typically used for delivering newspapers and meter readings from utility providers.

Furnishings include a 100-liter combination refrigerator and freezer, a microwave oven, a shoe rack, and other appliances.

The breaker has been upgraded from 30 amps to 40 amps.

A single burner stove top using an induction heater (I.H.) element.

Some kitchenware that are compatible with an IH stove top.

Wall-mounted control for gas water heater in the kitchen and the bath.

There is some storage space both above and below the sink.

The large balcony sliding glass doors allow plenty of natural light to enter the apartment.

All of the furnishings in this unit have been recently purchased and are still like new.

In lieu of a wardrobe or closet, a sturdy clothes rack is provided. Storage space is available near the base of the rack to keep your items off the floor.

The apartment comes with a vacuum cleaner and laundry pole for hanging laundry to dry on rainy days.

Newly installed ceiling light.

Although air conditioner is a little old, the compressor and blower unit have been professionally cleaned of any mold or lint buildup. This is a standard air conditioner, which means that it has  cooling, heating, and dehumidify functions.

Unlike a typical so-called unit bath, the unit bath in this apartment has actual tiling on the walls as opposed to the waterproof plastic panels.

We have installed a bidet with the toilet in this unit bathroom, which is typically not common for a bathroom with a toilet.

New water faucets and shower hose and shower head have been installed.

Among man convenient furnishings, the apartment includes a hot water kettle that can heat a liter of water in less than 3 minutes. The microwave oven is also brand new.

A typical fridge in a monthly/weekly short-term rental is a mini-fridge where the freezer part is not very good at actually freezing food. Our fridge in this unit is small, but the freezer section has its own compartment for keeping frozen food actually frozen.

Remote controls for the air conditioner, the TV, and the ceiling light.

Small amenities include a small desk lamp and tabletop mirror.

Tenants are free to rearrange the room as they like and make it more comfortable to their needs. Here, the clothes rack has been switched with the vacuum cleaner and the laundry pole.

The desk, chair, and TV are new and provide sufficient comfort for either relaxing, working, or studying.

Next to the desk is a trash bin with two compartments to help you keep your garbage properly separated.

Once a month, you can request to have profession cleaners drop by the apartment to pick up the old linen and drop off fresh linen for the bed.

The curtains in this unit are of a higher grade than cheaper curtains to not only block out the light, but to help keep the apartment cooler during summer, and warmer during winter.

The wall mounted clock was put on this wall to help you check the time when you first wake up in the morning.

The washing machine is outside on the balcony, and mostly protected from the elements by the balcony upstairs. Regardless, Japanese washing machines are built and designed to be used either indoors or outdoors, so there are no problems whatsoever with having the washing machine outside.

On sunny days, you might want to hang your laundry outside to dry for not only quicker drying but to add a bit of freshness to your laundry.
