Both of the deposits and rent are paid by credit card only. After checking into the apartment, your next month's rent will be automatically debited to your credit card on the last day of the each month for the following month.

Cost for the utilities (water and electricity) are paid by the tenant. The water bill and electric power bill is paid in cash every month at a convenience store. The hot water bill is paid in cash using a prepaid electric system meter on the first floor in the laundry room.
