Congratulations to Richard of the United States for selecting selecting a 1LDK apartment with 36.54 m² of space for ¥70,400 in Adachi Ward, Tokyo. His new home is only a 10-minute walk from a station on the Tskuba Express Line and the Tokyo Sky Tree Line.

Richard required an affordable apartment with a high ceiling and lots of storage space. After three weeks of searching and visiting various properties, Rent Life was finally able find the right place for him.

Richard speaks a little Japanese and is quickly learning the language, but not quite enough to negotiate a rental lease contract on his own.
