Although the following photographs are of apartment No. 1018, apartment No. 310 has the same floor plan. Only thing different is is the view from the balcony. Unit No. 310 is on the 3rd floor and the balcony faces east. Apartment No. 1018 (as shown below), has a nice view from the balcony facing west. I have no balcony shots of the eastern view from the balcony for No. 310.

The bathroom has a new shower, tub, water-heating equipment. The bathroom also has a window that can be opened after bathing to help air out the room to avoid the buildup of mold. The bathroom also has a basin.

Tiling runs from the floor to the ceiling.

The lavatory is separate from the bathroom. A bit small but sufficient.

The toilet tank is also new.

The small window at the top opens up to the lavatory for airing out the lavatory.

The bathroom has a new water heater that can be set to control water flow and pre-heating of the water.

The kitchen wall has an emergency phone that connects directly to a security company. This is also used to answer the door bell.

This closet/storage space is at the entrance of the flooring bedroom but accessible from the kitchen.

Sliding doors separate the two bedrooms. The upper sliding doors are for airing out both rooms for improved ventilation.

The balcony runs the full width of the apartment with new sliding glass doors.

The bedroom with flooring also has a valve for hooking up a gas fan heater. Sliding doors are also used in this room. There is an additional storage space towards the ceiling.

The sliding doors, ceiling, and smoke alarm for both rooms have been refurbished.

The balcony is spacious, includes racks for hanging the laundry poles, and holes in the walls for piping of the air conditioners.

The tatami mat room has newly installed cable for the cable TV, and two mounting points for the air conditioner.

The fuse box is set for a maximum of 30 amps. This also has been newly installed to enable the use of two air conditioners and modern electrical home appliances.
