Many residences in the numerous valleys surrounding Mt. Fuji have a clear view of Japan's tallest mountain (volcano) from their front doors, an even better view from the second floor window of their house, and if they are lucky enough to live in one of the few apartment buildings in rural Japan, they can get a magnificent view of Mt.
